I helped thousands of people to grow taller in adult age and in this video I'm going to give you some of the most important advice that I also share to my clients in their studies and understanding new ones and how to allocate your energy properly, okay? And this is going to be directed especially at adults because there are a lot of different methods and approaches to height maximizing. And I will say that you should focus on what actually yields the biggest gains, okay? You can then implement the rest later on. And I'm going to break down really quickly the three main approaches that you can utilize to grow. And I'm just going to discard anything that is bullshit. So first thing is going to be posture, right? Everyone has some height being locked away due to anterior pelvic tilt, kyphosis, lordosis, scoliosis, whatever posture, flat feet and so on and so forth. So improving these issues can help you to gain height that you didn't know you had. So now you're standing effectively one centimeter taller. You can add maybe two or three or four centimeters to that. So this is going to be quite important. This is going to be the single and biggest way to gain height, okay? And also one of the only ways that allows you to then gain height through spinal compression. If your posture is shit, you can't really maximize the gains you can derive from these other endeavors, which is the second approach to height. My spine compresses and the spine compresses are the way that they are today. And through spinal decompression, you're able to effectively manipulate your spine by cycling between compression and decompression, you are able to effectively manipulate the extent by which your spine compresses and the extent by which it lengthens. So over time, you can make these gains permanent. So now your spine is in a lengthened state, okay? So this is something that you can start on top of posture restoration and I can help you to grow taller at any age. But the problem is that there are also other endeavors. You know, you can try to make your food so thicker. You can try with microfractures, you can try with abundant sleeping, you can try with low restriction. And all these things from a mechanical standpoint are actually somewhat supported, okay? They should be able to supercharge to some very small extent, what you can achieve in terms of long growth, right? But you are an adult. Your bone plates have likely fused or they are near fusion. So yes, you can do those things and you can yield pretty much some marginal outcomes. But then you are pretty much, you know, investing 50, 60 or 70% of your efforts into something that isn't going to help you as much as the other stuff. I shouldn't even need to say this, but like you're dense. So by you prioritizing the first two, you could actually see more gains. So by you allocating more of your energy into doing these things that aren't actually going to help you, you are actually doing yourself a disservice because if you were to prioritize the first two, you could actually see more gains. Do you know what I'm saying? So it all comes back to really extrapolating, okay, what's going to be what is actually going to help me out as opposed to just picking things as if you're going to the supermarket and then just doing whatever. This is not how you make progress. And we can apply the same concept to anything in life.
