I'm a 6'5" Indian. Here are some common misconceptions about height. Remember, genetics are the only thing that matters when it comes to your height. Here's what I'd say if I was stupid to give you some context, my dad is 5'10" and my mom is 5'4". When I was born in India, the doctor said I would grow to be 6'1". However, shortly after, my family moved to America and I received a superior and balanced lifestyle. I was eating a lot of protein, drinking a lot of milk, and sleeping 9 hours a day. This in contrast were India. Don't they only eat meat once or twice a week. Remember, genetics account for 60 to 80% of your height. The other 20 to 40% is your lifestyle choices. Make sure eating a well-balanced diet and getting your years.
