Original caption

Started at 181-178cm at 23 and now I’m 186-183cm on a good dayTryna make it to 188cm/6’2 within the next 6 months. Idk if it’s possible, but I’ve been trying a few new good things lately and I got lots of hope. Up until a month ago even on my best days I would always measure 184-185cm and sometimes slightly under and get to 186cm while laying down, moreover, if I tried to measure my height without being stacked against a wall and forcing perfect posture I’d usually only measure 182-183cm, but now I still measure 183 and sometimes 184cm, so this tells me my posture has improved quite a bit lot with me losing weight and focusing a lot on strengthening my posterior and lateral chain. I’m going to soon incorporate sprints and swimming into my routine as well as some foot sole conditioning stuff to get thicker pads and I’m looking forward to see what happens then. Wish me luck!
