On-screen text
People keep asking why my pantry,
fridge, and freezers look like they do.
Honest answer...
It didn't happen all at once and there
isn't one single answer. There's 36
years of undiagnosed ADHD and the
years after spent relearning my brain
during severe burnout. Scarcity
mindset after periods of food
insecurity throughout my life. And on
top of all that, the way I shop and
cook has never stopped evolving.
All of these things collided into this
as I struggled to find my footing in
the kitchen and now that I have
found it, I'm ready for a reset.
