If an interviewer ever says “You don’t meet all the requirements. Why should we hire you?” Please don’t say “I’ll learn fast” or “Because I need the money” That instantly puts you in the same box as everyone else. Instead say something like this Not having every qualification on paper isn’t new to me. In my previous roles I’ve had to pick things up quickly and perform under pressure. What I’ve always been good at is learning fast in real environments, not just theory. I’m naturally curious. If I don’t know something, I figure it out. I research, ask questions, and get up to speed quickly. I adapt fast. New systems, new people, new targets. I don’t panic, I adjust and get on with it. And I’m resilient. If something’s hard, I don’t fold. I learn, improve, and come back better.
