Ready with me for Lollapalooza day two. We are doing a costume today and my cousins surprised me with this jellyfish hat. Because we're doing a shark tails group situation and if you've been following along, Calista has literally been crafting her way through these group costumes. We're so excited. Anyways, I think I was gonna be a different character, like a pink and fuchsia one. I haven't seen the movie in a really long time, but I wasn't super happy with that costume. I wanted to like, bring the energy up. And so I'm actually gonna be her like little sidekick, the smaller jellyfish. Unfortunately, it is rainy today. It isn't that bad yet, but it's drizzling right now and it's supposed to be like 100% chance of rain all evening, which is pretty unfortunate because basically the entire festival is outdoors. We have really lucked out though because we're here with Airbnb and they have a cabana that has a little roof situation. So we'll probably be hiding there as soon as it starts raining. That being said, we are doing two meetups today. I'm doing one with my sister for Zoomies, that's literally why we got all of the different Zoomie stickers. And then we are doing like another Pi meet up with all these creators that we brought to the festival as well. They have all access passes, they're making content, and since I'm a creator, I feel like I know my experience with like a brand where it's really like a content trade. I wanted it to be like super loose, so like deliverables, but like no approvals, creator freedom, like just host a meetup, meet your people and like have fun. It's interesting running like this brand experience for Pi, because it's not like a product. Obviously, my last venture was like making a physical product, like tampon pads. So there was like something really tangible to show. This is like a tech company. Like we are an app where people can like find their people, figure out what cool things to do. And so where like with the content side of things, it's just like show yourself having a good time as you should be at Lollapalooza. Because it is very much raining, I'm like barely gonna do any makeup because I feel like it's just all gonna come off anyway. We're saying West Loop, so we're gonna leave in like 10, 15 minutes because we need to get to the festival grounds. The traffic is literally so bad around like the entrances that we've found it's better to be dropped off like a few blocks away and then walk the last little amount. One of my new makeup techniques that I've actually really liked is I put a ton of blush on and then when I go in with the powder, it just kind of covers it up. Also everyone's running around because I told them we have to be ready in seven minutes. It's like look at this magic, right? Like it still needs to blend a little bit, but I'm basically gonna go in with the powder and do that with this powder and it just really makes it look super soft, but it also really, really like blurs out the color. And then I'm going to go in with the setting spray. I'm going to put some sparkles just since we're literally being like sparkly jellyfish. Wait, it's shark tail singular? We've been saying shark tails. We're going to put like a little lip on. And then we take out the hair. I don't have hairspray so I feel like this isn't gonna stay very long, but I'm gonna put a hat on anyway. And then we take out the hair.
