Fridge cleaning using what I have at home to save money. Y'all keep asking me to use things and look at how much space we have. This freezer is almost halfway empty. If not already halfway empty. Seafood boil, TJ's fried wings, the Bedia, um, those packets that I had, we're using everything up. We're literally at my bottom layer. Let's keep cooking. So, I have this chicken that is been to foster in my fridge. So, I'm gonna use that. Let's make chipotle chicken press tacos. Somebody downstairs took my press machine, so we're gonna go get it. That's what we're gonna make. We're gonna wash our meat first with lime and vinegar. Season your meat however you want. And we're gonna throw that marinade on top. It's just chipotle peppers, garlic, onion, cilantro, blended together. Mix it all together and we're gonna let it sit in the fridge for an hour, two hours. All right, it's been an hour, two hours-ish. Heating up some oil. I also have, um, some tortillas that I want to use. Also decided let's cut up the rest of this onion and put it in there.
