my homemade grilled cheese burrito that make my homemade taco bell grilled cheese burritos at home, even better and they're healthy, calorie-free because it's at home. Okay, you can be lazy and you can use microwave rice. But if you make homemade rice, it's really good. I have two cups of rice, so I have two cups of water on the stove. I'm gonna add in some chicken bouillon. And we're also gonna add a sizzon packet. I add the whole thing. I'm gonna add a little bit of that. Oh, that was too much. Don't do that. A little bit of tomato paste. The water is boiling. Once it reaches a boil, we're gonna add the lid and put it on low. The rice takes 20 minutes to cook, so I have to finish filming my TikTok video. And then I'll finish making everything else. I already had the meat cooked. It's been 20 minutes, so I'm gonna put the rice into this bowl because I'm gonna make my little homemade cheese sauce. This is really easy. I just guessimate. 1 tablespoon butter. Add paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, 1 tablespoon flour, 1/2 cup of milk, American cheese and shredded cheddar. Jalapeño juice. So I'm gonna season my butter. I'm gonna just do a little bit of garlic powder and paprika and chili powder. This is our roux. Hopefully this thickens it up. My cheese is too liquidy again. I'm adding a cornstarch slurry to thicken cheese sauce. 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 1 tablespoon cold water. So hopefully this thickens it up. Okay, and now it's time to assemble. I use the La Bandarita Extra Large Burrito Flour Tortillas. And then I warm it up in the microwave for like 15 to 30 seconds just so it's easier to fold. I put my sauces down first so they spread. So sour cream, but if you wanted it to taste more like Taco Bell, sour cream definitely is better. And then Taco Bell Chipotle Aioli sauce. Okay. I add my shredded carrots. Now the seasoned taco ground beef. I put that much. And then the cheese sauce. Perfect. And a little tortilla strips. I'm adding more American cheese since I'm not adding cheddar. I tuck and then I fold. And I just make sure that the edges stay pretty tucked. Roll like that. Okay, and a pan on medium high heat. I put my parchment paper down. Now I add my cheese down. I add my cheese down. Now I'm gonna add my burrito. I added it for it's like folded so it stays together. It's getting bubbly and it smells like it's burning. I'm just gonna wrap it up.
