Hook

Over the last several days since I first posted about Connecticut's largest data center being commercially marketed and developed in Beacon Falls, I've been spending a lot of time digging through public records and seeing what publicly available. And I stand by what I've said about a moratorium and I also stand by my challenge to State Rep. Nicole Klarides-Ditria to come out against the project as well. I have found things that have led to even more questions and not enough answers. And although I'm not here to place blame on the town or alleged that anything's been approved. I want to make it clear that I've spoken up early because that's exactly what you're supposed to do in these situations. Now, I found a lot of information these last few days including that they now do business, O&G Development, as Connecticut Data Center LLC, and the commercially marketed advertisement is proposing over 100 megawatt AI capable facility. One originally the town was only moving forward with propositions that regarded something that was around 32. So I think that we have a lot of questions that need answers. And some of the things that I've found are even right within the company's proposal or the town meeting minutes. And I really encourage everyone to go and see those things for yourself and make your own determination.
