If I was on the anti-inflammatory diet and I was craving tacos, everything to grab to make them. Start by using the Siete mild taco seasoning. Siete is a cleaner option. They just recently bought out, but the ingredients are still pretty well. And there's no citric acid in this. So this is what I would use to go on top of my grass-fed and beef. And they also have a spicy taco seasoning pack or the Al Pastor taco seasoning pack. Taco night without the protein, right? So this is what I would be choosing. Hands down, Force of Nature organic-fed ground chicken. But if you're someone that can actually stomach grass-fed beef, then I highly recommend the Thomas Farms. I've done research on Thomas Farms, they are a brand that has not purchased out by a bigger brand. All natural grass-fed and grass finished. Which is so important. You understand what grass-fed and grass finished beef is. Okay, and I know many of you are probably wondering what tortilla shells you would use while being on the anti-inflammatory diet being gluten-free. I'm going to show you guys some of my personal favorites. Okay, I thought I was going to show you guys some of my personal favorites, but unfortunately, they're sold out of one of them. I do sell the Rise & Puff gluten-free gourmet tortillas. But guys, as you can see, they're sold out. They also do carry the Coyotas organic cassava tortillas. As you can see, the ingredients here are overall clean. There's no additives or no citric acid in this. You can never go wrong with the 505 brand. I really do enjoy this brand as well. And when it comes to tortilla chips, I'm either going with the Boulder Canyon tortilla chips, sea salt, with avocado oil. Or you can always get the Masa Tallow Tortilla Chips. I have never been able to find a hatch chili chip without maltodextrin. If you know, you know. But they are gluten-free, vegetable oil free. Naturally nixtamalized. And then look at the ingredients. Organic corn, 100% grass-fed beef tallow, hatch green chili, purple stripe garlic, sea salt, organic onion, organic oregano, organic black pepper. Not suitable for vegetarians. Organic corn, 100% grass-fed beef tallow. Guys, no maltodextrin. If you don't want the hatch chili con, you can always get the original. But hands down, a really good tortilla chip that's worth that penny. That is everything that I would grab while being on the anti-inflammatory diet if I was gonna have a taco night. So I hope that you found this video very beneficial. Be sure to comment tacos what meal you guys want to see next. As always guys, I love you. God loves you more. And I'll see you at the next door.
