This is the only in-depth tutorial you need to achieve overnight heatless blowout curls. These are my credentials and I always forget to film this video because it's so easy and genuinely anyone can do it. You first want to start off with freshly washed hair and make sure you blow dry it downwards. Then you need three velvet curling rods with clips. This is really important. Make sure that they're velvet and not silk because the velvet's gonna help grip your hair so the styler holds properly, while silk's just gonna slip and fall out immediately. Next, you want to section off the crown of your hair from temple to temple. Bring the section forward and brush it downwards. Keep it as smooth and flat as you can. Now you have to remember whatever you do now is exactly how your hair will set overnight. Start wrapping from the ends and take your time with this step. Make sure that every strand is tucked in neatly. Once everything is wrapped, bring both ends of the rods together and clip it securely. Make sure you leave a little bit of space so you don't have any tension on your scalp. Now split the rest of your hair into two even sections with a clean middle part. You wanna wrap each side around the rod, starting with the anti-clockwise direction and continue until you reach your ear level before clipping it in. At this point, you should look like Princess Leia and that's how you know you've done it right. The back of your head should stay nice and flat. Truthfully, this setup works best if you're a back sleeper. If you sleep on your side, I'm gonna just deinfluence you, it's gonna be hella uncomfortable. I would recommend a different method. Make sure you have a satin bonnet. This is gonna keep everything in, reduce friction and protect your hair while you sleep. In the morning, gently unclip each rod, slowly unwind your hair. Also, pro tip: if your hair struggles to hold a curl, just add a little bit of mousse in before wrapping or leave your hair slightly damp. For me, I just like to spray a little bit of hairspray after. These are the results. Let me know if this helped. Bye guys.
