I'm getting ready for bed and my heatless curls is part of my nighttime routine. I do it literally every single night. I genuinely think part of the reason I have this much long healthy hair is because of how little I put heat on my hair. I have no extensions, never have. If you see my hair curled in any videos, a lot of the times it's honestly from my heatless curls, which I used to be skeptical about. First product I ever sold you heatless curls that had me literally captivated over it was Ashley West. Her hair and her heatless curls are unbelievable. I started trying it. She used like the rods and stuff, I think. And that's what I started with and it never worked for me because I would rip them out in the middle of the night because they were so uncomfortable. I've been through trial and error. I figured out what I like and this is my current fave. I randomly stumbled upon this, the Sleepy Tie. So we're gonna do it together. This is how my hair like naturally dries. I took a shower, pretty much straight as a board. I had a hair clip earlier so we have some kinks in it. But honestly when I curl it with a curling iron, it doesn't stay anyway, unless I have like product in it. I put this mousse, this is what I've been using. I've used other mouses but I got sent this and I really like it. It's like silky melon. I just did some of that, like a big amount, rub it together and kind of go like this. This one has like a little clip on it. So I just pop it right there in the middle. But I like all of my curls to go the same direction away from my face. So I start with a big chunk right here at the face. You wrap it, you pull it kind of tight. It's kind of like French braiding. You just like grab a little bit more with the piece you already had and wrap it again. Again, you just grab some more hair and join it in and literally you just keep wrapping until you get to the end of your hair. This is my last piece. So I just take it, wrap it all the way until I get to the end of my hair. Stick your hand in and you slide it up. It's like a soft curl. It's like really squishy. So when I lay down at night, it doesn't feel like I'm sleeping on like a rock. I do heatless curls at night lasts me so much longer than if I were to put heat on my hair. Here is the end. Wrap it all the way to the bottom and then tie it. So I actually like to then put on a silk bonnet. I sleep in one of these every single night. I think it's non-negotiable when you're doing heatless curls because it holds them in place. Then we're gonna go to bed and we'll see them in the morning. We'll take them out. Good morning. It is 6:30 in the morning. Just took off my bonnet and this is what my heatless curls look like. They barely moved. Pull it down, really stays so intact. Curl it around there and then unwrap. Curling iron could literally never. I get to the top. You just unsnap it. They obviously like kind of start to drop and fall. Look like I just went and got my hair professionally done. Glam waves. Linked in my revolve favorites under current obsessions. Linked my sleepy tie and then I also have one in my Amazon that I like. It's not the sleepy tie but it's like a really soft, squishy ride. I also found works pretty good. They say the crazier you look going to bed, the better you look when you wake up. 😅 #heatlesscurls #sleepytie #overnightblowout #overnightcurls #hairroutine @The Sleepy Tie
