You can tell a lot about a man by the way his bedroom looks. Beds not made, empty water bottles everywhere. So welcome back to my cleanly men series where I go room by room teaching young men how to take care of their space. And if you couldn't tell, we are talking about arguably the most important space of them all: the bedroom. So to kick it off, you're gonna take care of laundry. So of course, the obvious things like pillowcases, a comforter, the fitted bed sheet. But if you have any clothes on cleared out, get those clothes cleared out. Now, number two, as you continue to work top to bottom, you're going to dust and wipe down your nightstands. About dusting, you're also gonna make sure to dust your TV as well as your dresser. Give your dresser a wipe down as well. Moving on, if you have a mirror in your room or any glass, make sure you clean that. Our mirror collects a lot of dust, so that is absolutely essential. And as we wrap it up here, now that you can see your floor, make sure to vacuum. If you have carpet, make sure to use carpet deodorizer to neutralize any odors that it could be holding onto. Lastly, the most satisfying but obvious step is to make your bed. Don't just do it today, make it a habit every morning because that is going to anchor the feeling of your room. And as a bonus, go ahead and get yourself a diffuser or wallflower or both. This will keep your room smelling good all day. So if you've made it this far, I just want to say you're setting yourself up for success by following along with these resets. Not only because it keeps your space clean, but to yourself that you can move with intention. That said, make sure you're following me so you don't miss the next video in this series.
