This is 76. Here's my fav full body workout. One of the most common questions I get is, I'm in my 60s, I'm in my 70s, is it too late for me to get fit? Is it too late for me to reach my fitness goals? Is it too late for me to feel and look great? I started weight resistant training consistently in my 70s and I have seen the difference. You will too. I am so glad you found me. Three times a week, 30 minutes a day. I offer all my exercise videos for free on my website. Let's start, let's do this together. Full version is 45 seconds per exercise with rest 15 secs in between. So this exercise really gives that beautiful lengthened, toned look to your shoulders. We are never too old to wear off the shoulder dresses. This is called an Arnold Press and we are doing it for 45 seconds. Great for your glutes, for your legs, boxer ABS pull up. Pull up, pull that that belly button to spine. Love this exercise. This is one of my favorite exercises for this part under the arms, you know, the wobbly parts, and I have seen results. Legs apart, back imprinted and bring it up and down. Hips up. One leg straight up and lift and down. And lift and down. And now just point it toe up and just pulse, pulse it up. Pulse it up. And you can just feel it in this cheek here. It loves to get attention. We're gonna have to do the other side. Bring your hips down, bring your knee and you're done that side. The last exercise, ready? Sitting up against the wall. Back straight, legs straight. And just little rainbow with your leg. This is so good for your upper thigh, your hip flexors, and we're just moving back and forth. And now we're just lifting, lifting. You know what? This doesn't look like we're working, but I can feel it in my upper thigh. Press. Press the other leg. Now it's time to stretch. Remember to stretch after a workout.
