Frequencies Supper Club is a secret location dining experience that brings together her love of food, music, and community. The venue isn't revealed until about a week before, and this dinner was held at Chateau Hough, an urban vineyard located at E 60th St and Hough in Cleveland, with a beautiful history of renewal. And baby, the details were amazing. From the menu and the music to the choice of every part of the evening felt thoughtful and intentional. You could also see just how much community means to Chef Nia Eddie because her family and friends were woven into every part of the experience. Now, when I say the food was delicious, my standouts were the collard green and artichoke dip and the caramelized sweet plantain empanada. But honestly, choosing favorites feels disrespectful because everything was scrumdiliumptious, delicious. And the conversations were just as good as the food. I met some incredible people, made genuine connections, and left feeling like a few of them maybe in my life for a long time.
