I strolled in the stretch lab and said I need to be stretched out. I'm not gonna lie, I thought they were just gonna throw me on a table and fold me up. It was that more official than that. They gave me some grippy socks and that's how I knew they meant business. And they had me with a machine where and it measures moves. I was trying to be professional, but my knees were popping like bubble wrap. After that, they go over the results with you. Posture, imbalances, mobility, all of that. Yes, you can stretch your hamstrings, but this is the definition of getting somebody else to do it. I'm trying to live my best life. Thank you after my intro stretch. I was so I get. I will be back. I might even mess around and get a membership. And they take HSA because my hips officially entered the medical expense category. So if you're feeling tight, stiff, crunchy, or like your body needs a software update, go to Stretch Lab.
