Listen if you know me you know that I think in problems and solutions. It's been 48 hours since party in the park, cancellation happened and Akwaaba UK has been posting all the disclaimer and everything on their page, but they've gone radio silent on a refund. I've not seen any communication about refund, no email, no nothing. So I've taken my test into my own hands and I'm going to show you exactly how to request a refund. Let's get into it. First of all, go into your email and search for the ticket confirmation from Eventbrite. Just search Eventbrite emails. When you select the order confirmation from Eventbrite, click on Go to My Tickets. It will take you to your tickets. When you get there, just continue on web. I don't need the app. Continue on web. Scroll down and click on report this event. When you click on it and click on start report, you will see that they've already selected Request a Refund. All you have to do is scroll down and you will see the English: press click. Click on here for a refund. It will take you to another place. I know they have made the thing so admin heavy that they will discourage you from requesting for refund. But please, £70 is a lot of money. Do you know what £70 can do? Don't forget to share this with anyone that went for Shattafest, they should get their money back. These people, I don't know if they are playing hide and seek with our money, but they have to refund considering everything that went on, the least they could do is refund our money.
