Listen. I don't know about you, but I've from the Shatta Fest okay. First of all, I requested for a refund on events right and I didn't get any email. So after like three or four days, I went straight to my bank and disputed the amount. A day or two after I disputed the amount through my bank, Events Bright sent me an email that I'm going to get my money very soon within 24 hours. I got the money in my bank accounts. Thanks to all the people who participated. And if you don't have your refund, you haven't banked, you still haven't reported it to your bank, just know that after 40 days, after 30 days when the event happened, you can no longer for and you can no longer request for a refund.
