CHICAGO TO MERRIVILLE, IN

Chicago for anybody that's been thinking of relocating, let me introduce you to Merrillville, Indiana. Merrillville, Indiana hosts some of the nicest houses, nicest rehabs, huge square footage for your money and the property taxes, I wanna say mainly are like around 3,000, maybe 2,500. They can be higher just depending on the location and the area. But, um, if you're looking for a place in Indiana that you wanna consider, it's about an hour drive from Chicago to Merrillville, Indiana to Chicago. I think like the popular road in Merrillville is Broadway. I believe it's Broadway. It's kind of like, uh, Madison Street or even like a Surmac. So if you're interested in selling your home in Chicago and possibly moving, and you wanna think of a place to go to, I mean, I like Merrillville.
