This is HANDS DOWN my new favorite way to make a Quick & Easy egg sando and it was SO good and the kids took half of it away and asked me to make more! High Protein Breakfast Egg Sando 35g of protein per sandwich 70g if you eat the whole recipe Ingredients • 2 slices of bread • 4 eggs • Pinch of salt • Chopped chives or scallions • Splash of water • Butter • 4 slices Muenster cheese • 4 slices deli turkey (or swap for ham, bacon, chicken, etc.) • Tomato slices • Chili garlic crisp oil @Holy Tshili Directions 1. Cut the bread diagonally to make 4 triangles. 2. Butter a nonstick skillet. 3. Arrange the bread triangles with the points facing the center, leaving about a 1-inch cross-shaped channel between each piece. The bread should stay dry on top. 4. Whisk together the eggs, salt, chives, and a splash of water to thin it just a bit so it flows easily between the slices. 5. Keep the heat on LOW. Slowly pour the egg mixture into the open channels so it flows through the center and around the outside of the bread, creating one connected egg base. Don’t pour the eggs over the bread. 6. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat until the eggs are fully set. The lid helps the eggs cook through evenly while the low heat prevents them from browning too quickly. 7. Carefully flip everything over. 8. Top each bread triangle with a triangle of Muenster cheese, a matching piece of turkey, tomato slices, and a drizzle of chili garlic crisp oil. 9.
