We know that board games can be an expensive hobby. So here's a list of our top 10 games that we think have amazing value for money. In number 10 is Harmonies. Harmonies comes in at around £27, but for that you get an amazing, that's game that's visually stunning. It's a tile-laying game where you're trying to complete cards by building habitats for your wildlife. All with the goal to win as many points as possible. In number nine is Codenames. Which you can find it around the £17 price mark. In Codenames you're trying to connect groups of words with one singular word for your team to guess where your spies are. The aim of beating the opposing team. This game already has excellent replayability. But there are now different expansion packs which you can add in to add even more variety. In number eight is Splendor. We have the Marvel version which usually comes in around £24. But the original pounds one or two pounds cheaper. In Splendor, you take and spend chips to build up your team of superheroes. It's an engine-building game. So you take lower cards to start with, all with the goal of building up big, you get 16 points of each Infinity Stone to defeat. In number seven is Forest Shuffle. Which comes in at around £20. In Forest Shuffle you're placing different trees, plants into your tableau with animals and plants in order to make combos and win points. In number six is Critter Kitchen. Which usually comes in around £33. Critter Kitchen is a worker placement game where you're sending out your little workers to compete for food and bring them back to make the best meals possible. In terms of value for money, you get a big game of cute components and it plays really well. In number five is Sea Salt & Paper. Which comes in at around £10. Sea Salt & Paper is an excellent set collection game. You draw cards to make sets and use their abilities in order to win the most points. There are also two different expansion packs you can add in which change the game completely and they're quite cheap too. In number four is Piña Colada Ice. Which comes in around £11. Piña Colada Ice is an excellent little dice rolling game where you're trying to roll your dice and create combinations to make coasters. These all have different objectives on them and you win by getting four in a row being points or by being the first to 20 points. For £11 it's fun, stunning to look at and really easy to understand, so you can play it with anyone. In number three is Tokaido Duo. Which comes in at around £16. Duo you can control three different characters. These move around the board and can earn points in different ways. You get so much value for money in this, just down to the components alone. In number two is Castle Combo. Which you can usually find for around £16. In Castle Combo you build in your 3x3 tableau to score the most points by recruiting characters and using their abilities to beat your opponents. Every game feels different in this because obviously you're shuffling cards and it's not going to come out the same every time. And in number one is of course Railroad Ink. Which comes in for around £19. In Railroad Ink you're rolling dice of either roads or rails and you're adding them into your grid to make the best network. So there are so many versions of they own included. So that's our top 10 games that we think have the best money for value in our collection. We might be a little biased on this one.
