It was used as part of another launch back in 2025. And normally this part of the rocket is meant to burn up on its return to Earth. But for some reason that hasn't been made quite clear, it's still up in space, and thanks to solar activity and gravity forces, it's now on its way to crash into the moon. It's expected to hit at around 2:30 local time here in the United States so around 4:30 in the afternoon, Sydney time. Now, NASA says it's not any danger, looking at it to try and see what more they can discover about the moon. Will we be able to see it? Well, with the naked eye, no, but some people with telescopes may be able to see it. It won't be live streamed, but NASA may release some photographs after it's happened get to see that, Eddy.
