I don't think your scary part is living on your own. I think the scary part is nobody actually teaching you what financially being ready looks like in order to live on your own. Everybody talks about wanting their own space, their own apartment, decorating it, finally having you piece doing what you want. But nobody talks about what you should do before that. How much you should have saved up. How much bills are gonna be? What bills are you gonna be responsible for? How much rent can you actually afford? How much groceries are gonna be? What happens if you need something for your car? What happens if you don't got no car? The biggest one, what happens if one emergency wipes everything out? I think this is why so many people want independence, get independence and then feel stuck. And are stuck after they get it. And it's not because they're lazy, and not because they don't want better. It's because no one actually broke the numbers down in a way that makes sense. All we're told is save money, budget, and be responsible. But nobody actually shows you what that looks like when you're making your first real check, you're trying to move out, you're going to work, you're going to school, to the process of all of that. And honestly, I think this is the part I want to start talking about more, not just random budgeting tips, but the actual steps. I'm talking about how to plan your paycheck, knowing what bills to expect, how to plan to move out, how to know if you're even ready when independence is prepared is two totally different things. And I think a lot of people were not taught this. So I want to know for real, if you're trying to move out, save more, or even just get your money together, what part feels the most confusing down all? I'm going to be reading all of them.
