I’ve been transforming technology from the SCP universe into real, working projects. These builds mix electronics, programming, 3D modeling, and robotics to create devices that look like they could have come straight from an SCP Foundation facility. One of my biggest projects is a real-life version of the SCP-096 Scrambler Goggles. The aim is to develop wearable goggles that have a camera and display system capable of detecting SCP-096’s face and automatically censoring it before the wearer can see it. This project involves a camera, a small screen, and a microcontroller to process the video feed, placing a black box over detected faces. I’m actively improving the detection system to reduce false detections and working on a proper wearable enclosure inspired by Foundation field equipment. I’m also building SCP-131, the small Eye Pod creatures. My version is a robotic SCP-131 featuring a moving eye, animated expressions, and a self-propelling body. The ultimate goal is for it to detect people, track movement, follow someone, and react to its surroundings like a living creature. Future iterations could introduce obstacle avoidance, autonomous movement, sound reactions, and even more personality animations. Another project is the SCP S-NAV, inspired by the navigation devices used by Foundation personnel. It aims to resemble a compact tactical navigation computer with a small screen, custom menus, and an SCP-style interface. I envision it displaying maps, room information, warning messages, containment alerts, and other useful data. Eventually, it may communicate with other devices as part of a broader connected Foundation equipment system. I’ve also created an SCP-079 terminal inspired by the Old AI. The display showcases SCP-079’s face and features different animations and visual states, designed to make it feel like SCP-079 is genuinely communicating through the screen. I intend to enhance it with more expressions, warning screens, sound effects, button controls, and possibly interactive responses in the future. These are just a few of the SCP projects I’ve undertaken so far. I aspire to continue creating more Foundation technology, containment equipment, terminals, detection devices, and robotic SCPs. My goal is to ensure that every project is functional rather than merely prop-like.
