New jars! Fresh out of the box, I immediately knew these were the type of quality you can keep forever and pass down, they’re that good! Great for bulking up your sourdough starter or storing ingredients in, as you can see I took advantage of both of those uses! I’ll let my starter rise, feed it again, and I’ll have 1 gallon jar of starter to dehydrate. The other jar easily fit my 5lb bag of wheat flour!
