Knee pain?! Whether you're dealing with joint wear, an old injury, or just sharp pain when you... stop blaming your knees is usually just the middleman for the rest of the leg. Are weak, joint pressure skyrockets. Weak glutes let your knees collapse inward. Weak quads and hamstrings leave the joint unstable. And tight calves or weak shins send every footstep shock straight into your knee cap. Easy exercises to help you start strengthening your joint today. Exercise number one, we're gonna start by strengthening the quads with straight leg. You can do seated position. If you feel that this is hitting your hip flexors too much and you can't really focus on the quads, come down on the mat and do it from here. Lift the leg up, hold it here for three to five seconds again. Down and repeat. They form about 10 to 12 repetitions per leg. Next up to stop the knees from caving in, we're gonna start strengthening the glute muscles by doing glute bridges. So coming down on the mat, pushing up through the heels, take your bum up, give it a nice squeeze at the top and super slow and controlled lowering. Perform 12 repetitions. Next up to protect the knee joint, we are gonna fire up the hamstrings. So for that, we're gonna come down on the ground again, coming down on the mat, pushing up through the heels, take your bum up, give it a nice squeeze at the top and super slow and controlled lowering. Perform 12 repetitions. And finally exercise no. 4 is gonna be on our shock absorbers, the shins. So we're gonna lean against the wall, keep your heels down and from here, we're gonna just lift the toes, hold it here for two to three seconds and then lower down and repeat. Perform 10 to 12 repetitions of these. Repeat this sequence as often as you possibly can. And of course, save this reel for your workout.
