Riverstone is one of the fastest growing communities in the Central Valley. It sits just minutes from Fresno and the latest sign of growth just broke ground. Raley's O-N-E Market is coming to the corner of Market Avenue and Riverwalk. Opening in spring of 2027, it will be full-service grocery store in the community. Raley's isn't the only thing that's coming. When a premium retail anchor moves in, restaurants and businesses follow. Multiple businesses have submitted letters of intent to open nearby. Riverstone is planning over 6,000 homes across eight districts at full build-out. Also, a second school is set to open soon, bringing families into the area.
