And that her village where she's moving to in Afghanistan is 12 hours away from the airport, which is gonna be a really long walk if something bad happens and she wants to come home. And if you're thinking why doesn't she just get a taxi to the airport? No, women in Afghanistan are generally not allowed to take a taxi alone. Under strict rules enforced by the Taliban's Ministry for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice, taxi drivers are banned from giving rides to unescorted women. They are not allowed to, for any, you know, other than short distances, or without a close male relative (mahram) as a chaperone. I don't even think you're allowed to be recording in public. I'm pretty sure recording publicly is like a crime there. I just hope that she's okay. A lot of people are saying that her husband works for the government and that's why she can follow special rules.
