Mayak Brussels Sprouts!! I made Mayak Brussels Sprouts, which is basically the Korean mayak soy marinated drug eggs, except they're brussels sprouts instead of eggs. And they've been sitting in the marinade all nice and patient. And it's time for the grand reveal!! Who says you have to make mayak eggs? Why can't you just make brussels sprouts? And I'm on a mission that brussels sprouts are delicious. They're NOT a disgusting vegetable that everyone thinks they are! It's basically the same marinade as the Korean soy marinated eggs, except they're brussels sprouts. And hopefully the layers of the brussels sprouts have marinated the marinade.
