What's up party people? Today I'm gonna be giving you a tutorial on how to do the Stairway to Sparta obstacle! Tada! Alright, since I'm short, luckily there's a little helper for us short girls. So jump up on this block, which is perfect. I'm 5 feet tall and I can get up. No excuses, low key guys, these holds aren't that good. So you're gonna have to use your feet when you're on the obstacle. You can do it. So jump up. Once you get your first foot up, it should be pretty easy to then grab the and then once you're here, it's as easy as pie. Just don't be scared. And then you go up over the top and then down like a ladder. Don't lose your footing. And there you go. That's how you do the Stairway to Sparta obstacle.
