Transcript
Every time I post a leg workout, the comment section fills up with: "I can't do squats, my knees hurt!" If squats hurt right now, stopping all movement isn't the answer. You need to build the tissue, tendon, and muscle strength around the joint so you can move without fear. Do 10 reps of each exercise on each side three times! It should take about 10 minutes! Be consistent and try to do this two or three times a week. I have a 1:1 coaching program designed especially for you! If you're interested
