Here's everything we ate for dinners this week. As a married couple in our 30s, no kids (yet!) but hopefully soon. The first few days of this week, I was alone because Tom was traveling. So I did girl dinner. Monday night was my best effort at doing a real dinner. I did a pesto, tomato, mozz sandwich and ate outside because it was really nice out. Tuesday night, I did one piece of avocado toast and then some chicken salad on the side. I did eat outside again because the cats wouldn't bother me. And I did watch some YouTube videos that night. Wednesday night, I had the exact same thing as yesterday and ate outside. And you know what? I'm not even mad about it. Thursday night, Tom was back from his trip, so we did some spaghetti and meatballs. We love adding in some spinach. And we tried these chicken meatballs from Real Good Food because we love their chicken tenders, so I wanted to try their meatballs. And I did really like them. And tonight, we caught up on the latest episode of Below Deck. Friday night, we ended up going to the movies right after work. Tom really wanted to see the new Spider-Man movie, so we just had movie popcorn for dinner because that movie is literally so long. By the time I got home, it was time for dessert. Saturday night, of course, we had an Aldi pizza. I've been loving this buffalo ranch on top. And we had nothing really to watch, so we ended up watching an episode of Kitchen Nightmares. And finally on Sunday, it was one of Tom's days to make dinner and he chose to make a roast and then we'll be able to have this for leftovers during the week as well. I also felt like adding a little whimsy to tonight, so I had my Olipop in a wine glass. And tonight we watched Abbott Elementary. That is everything that we had for dinners this week. We'll see you guys next week.
