it's just after midnight I just got woken up uh the nurse practitioner called me about a person who was in a car accident and broke their neck non displaced fracture um patient's neurologically intact so doesn't need any surgery tonight probably won't need surgery but I'm up I'm hungry my wife had some leftover spaghetti so I'm gonna sit down at the counter here and eat spaghetti but I was just thinking you know that could have been my last call ever being woken up in the middle of the night regarding uh trauma and kind of weird to think about but night's not over I still got till 7:00 AM and then I'm done with call
