Just a little heads up if you shop at Goodwill, don't expect to get a refund. They issued me in store credit. I literally was just in here five days ago and bought a floor lamp. Two of the little nozzles didn't work. Put bobs in them, it didn't work. I had the receipt, I had the tag. I brought it back. She goes through my refund, and she hands me in store credit. And I said, uh, no, I have my receipt. She's like, I'm sorry, this is a new company policy. And I said, this is not a refund. This is illegal. Where does it say? Where is it written in the store and are you telling people? It was the same cashier that I had and I said to her, I asked you specifically, if I buy this and I take it home and it doesn't work, can I bring it back for a refund? And you told me yes. She said, this is a refund. No, it's not. Goodwill. It's not. If you're only giving in store credit, you're stealing the money. You're keeping the money. Goodwill, you're going down. You're going to be a company of the past and I will be so glad to watch you go under.
