If I were struggling to figure out what to make for dinner this week, these are the crockpot meals I’d put on repeat. 🤍 Nothing complicated. Nothing that requires 47 ingredients. Just easy, protein-packed dinners my family will actually eat. These 5 are perfect for busy weeks when dinner needs to basically make itself ↓ 🥩 1. French Dip Beef Bowls Protein: ~42g | Calories: ~500 | 5 servings * 2 lbs lean chuck roast * 1½ cups beef broth * 1 packet au jus seasoning * 1 onion, sliced * 3 cloves garlic, minced * 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce * Salt + pepper Add everything to the crockpot. Cook LOW 7–8 hours, then shred. Serve with: roasted baby potatoes + green beans. 🌶️ 2. Buffalo Ranch Chicken Bowls Protein: ~45g | Calories: ~480 | 4 servings * 2 lbs chicken breast * ¾ cup buffalo sauce * ½ cup chicken broth * 1 tbsp ranch seasoning * 4 oz light cream cheese * 1 tsp garlic powder Cook everything except cream cheese on LOW 6–7 hours or HIGH 3–4. Shred, then stir in cream cheese. Serve with: rice + lettuce + carrots. 🥩 3. Balsamic Garlic Beef & Veggies Protein: ~40g | Calories: ~490 | 5 servings * 2 lbs lean stew beef * 1 cup beef broth * ¼ cup balsamic vinegar * 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce * 4 cloves garlic * 2 cups carrots * 1 tsp Italian seasoning * Salt + pepper Add everything and cook LOW 7–8 hours or HIGH 4–5. Serve with: mashed or roasted potatoes. 🌮 4. Cilantro Lime Pork Bowls Protein: ~40g | Calories: ~490 | 4–5 servings * 2 lbs pork tenderloin * 1 cup salsa * Juice of 2 limes * ½ cup chicken broth * 1 tsp cumin * 1 tsp garlic powder * ½ tsp chili powder Cook LOW 6–7 hours, shred and stir back into the juices. Serve with: rice + black beans + lettuce + pico. 🍅 5. Tuscan Chicken & Spinach Protein: ~45g | Calories: ~500 | 4 servings * 2 lbs chicken breast * ½ cup chicken broth * ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes * 4 cloves garlic * 4 oz light cream cheese * ⅓ cup parmesan * 2 cups spinach * 1 tsp Italian seasoning Cook chicken, broth, tomatoes, garlic and seasoning on LOW 6 hours. Shred, then stir in cream cheese, parmesan and spinach. Serve with: rice or potatoes + broccoli. Save this for the next time you’re standing in the kitchen at 4 PM wondering what everyone is going to eat. 😂🤍 And send it to the friend who is always asking what you’re making for dinner. #crockpotrecipes #SlowCookerRecipes #highproteinmeals #easydinnerideas #familydinner
