So I don't know about you guys, but I have had not had the fucking time to like plan out very intricate meals, but I'm trying really hard not to eat out as much. Um, so I've become a crockpot bitch. I love a good crockpot meal. I've been making them non-stop. This is the only way that we don't eat out. Um, and so I'm trying this new recipe I found on TikTok. I'm not going to pretend that I made it up. It's fine. It's basically chicken fajitas, and I'm sharing it with you because it's super simple. It's literally just chicken. I don't even have that much chicken, so I think these proportions are going to be way fucking off. But whatever. All you need is chicken, whatever bell peppers you have, which is what I'm doing, um, an onion that I'm going to slice up, fajita seasoning, taco seasoning, whatever you want. I think I'm going to do both. Um, chicken and onion. I think that's it. I think that's it. Oh, some salsa on top. Here, hold on. Okay, the amount of like veggies and shit that I have compared to the amount of chicken that I have is not equal, but whatever. Literally, crockpot this bitch. Some chicken. Oh my god. This is going to be so much veggies and shit compared. I did a whole ass onion, a little bit of chicken, two full ass bell peppers. This is going to be funny. My husband's going to be like, what the fuck is even in this? And then I have like a quarter of a bag of leftover taco seasoning. Whatever. Some fajita seasoning. I don't know you guys. I'm barely surviving it here, okay? Sounds great. What about some, I don't know, onion powder? Okay, whatever. Uh, what else do I need to put in here? Oh, maybe I should put some black beans. Do you think I should do that? I should do that. Never mind, I don't have any black beans. So I guess I'm just going to put salsa on top. How much? That's fine. I don't know, and I'm going to mix it up, and then I'm going to put it on high for three hours, and I hope it's good. And I'll probably put it in a in a tortilla. That's it. Goodbye.
