welcome to CROCKTEMBER 🍂😍 by the end of this series I promise you will love your crockpot again!! You’ll walk away with several crockpot recipes in your back pocket that you can fall back on when life gets busy! If you’re new here, hi 👋 my name is Jade and I have three kids all under the age of 7 so my meals have to be toddler and kid friendly! That’s super important around here 😂 If you’re in that stage too, you’ll love it here. Be sure to follow along for the next one! WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS EASY CROCKPOT STIR FRY: 1/4 cup honey 1/3 cup soy sauce 3 tablespoons sriracha (cut to two if worried about spice level) 2 tablespoons minced garlic 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce 3/4 cup chicken bone broth 3 tablespoons corn starch to thicken sauce Chicken of choice (we did thighs) Red bell pepper diced Half an onion diced Veggies you want to add in (we did broccoli and snap peas, but carrots would be great here too Noodle or rice of choice Toppings: sesame seeds and sriracha drizzle for those that want it spicier Assemble the sauce in the crockpot and whisk well until no clumps. Add in your chicken and chopped onion and bell pepper. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 5-6 hours. 30 minutes before eating I added the broccoli and snap peas (so they wouldn't be mush) and cooked up my noodles on the stove top and added those in. Top with sesame seeds. Would be great with rice too if that's what you prefer. Let me know if you try it!! Perfect as we head into fall. #easydinner #DinnerIdeas #familydinners #crockpotdinnerideas #crockpotrecipes crockpot dinner, slow cooker meals, slow cooker recipes
