I'm prepping postpartum meals because I'm due with this baby any day now. Today we're making a little breakfast casserole. And this is how I did it. I already got my sausage and bacon cooked. And I have my gravy sitting on the stove right now. I will have the full recipe in the caption. I am going to use these little pans instead of like a big 9 by 13 because all of this is going in the freezer. This is a 4 pound bag of shredded hash browns. These are still frozen. I'll add those back in later if I end up wanting more. I've got 3 pounds of sausage and I think a 4 pound pack of bacon. This was a pack like this. I'm pretty positive it said 4 pounds. This is mild cheddar. I'm gonna do about three handfuls. They're probably about three cups of cheese. I'm gonna do salt, pepper and garlic. I'm gonna do mineral salt so I don't use as much of it. This is from Baja Gold. It's one of my favorites. I'm gonna use my hands for this. I'm gonna add the eggs. I think I'm just gonna do two eggs per container. And then I'm gonna pour the egg mixture into each of the containers. And then I'm gonna add a sprinkle of cheese to the top of all of these and then they'll be ready to go in the oven. These are 8 by 5 and 1/4 by 1 and 3/4. I'm gonna put them in here. These are going to cook at 375 for probably about 30 minutes. I'm gonna check them in 30 minutes and then if they need more time, then I'll just let them cook 5, 10 extra minutes. I'll be back to show you the final product. They did end up cooking for about 45 minutes. I'll let these cool and then I'm gonna put these little cardboard things on top and then wrap them with aluminum foil. Throw them in the freezer until we're ready to eat them.
