The breakfast burritos my whole family will eat (even my kids) 🤌🏼 BREAKFAST BURRITOS - sausage or bacon (whole package of sausage or half a pack of bacon) - burrito size tortillas - egg makers 32oz (can use eggs or egg whites) - 1 cup of sour cream, plain Greek yogurt, or cottage cheese - 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese - Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder to season eggs - Tater tots (optional but they’re yummy 😆) Cook tater tots per package instructions, I use about 4 tots per burrito. Thoroughly cook sausage or bacon. Cook eggs on stove top, season with seasonings mentioned, add your choice of 1 cup of sour cream, yogurt or cottage cheese. This is optional but I think it adds a bit more flavor and/or protein. Combine eggs and meat. Layer into tortillas with shredded cheese, tots, and egg/meat mixture. Put them in a skillet to make the tortilla crunchy before freezing! I skipped this this time since I reheat mine in the air fryer. These are HEARTYYYY.
