#ad Hot honey ham and cheese pockets made with @Land O'Frost 😋 Ingredients: 1 sheet puff pastry 8 slices Land O’Frost Hot Honey Ham 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella 1 egg, beaten Hot honey butter: 1 tbsp melted butter 1 tbsp hot honey 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley Pinch of salt Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Sprinkle baking sheet with flour. Place puff pastry onto the baking sheet and cut into 8 equal pieces by making one horizontal cut and three vertical cuts. On the bottom 4 rectangles, add 2 slices of Land O’Frost Hot Honey Ham to each. Sprinkle each with cheddar and mozzarella, leaving about 1/2 inch around the edges. Place the remaining pastry rectangles on top and seal the edges with a fork. Brush the tops with the beaten egg and cut 2 small slits into each pocket to allow steam to escape while baking. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. While the pockets bake, combine melted butter, hot honey, parsley, and salt. As soon as the pockets are done, brush on the hot honey butter.
