I'm someone take over my cool girl apartment and convince someone in san diego to take over my lease it's a studio apartment in bankers hill no one online or through the property management team is being able to is having a hard time convincing people to move here so I figured I would be the person to do it This is it I think online it says it's like 400 square feet definitely not it's probably like 300 at most I love it the first convincing thing I don't know if they'll be able probably not it's backlit Let me turn this around You have a view of downtown from right here and also the kitchen so I guess we can start with the kitchen Windows are dirty but come on the kitchen you walk in through here little stove little sink tons of storage I will say I didn't even utilize all the storage that was in here the rest of the room definitely some storage up here you do have this full length mirror closet This is the closet it was pretty spacious I was able to fit everything in here the mirror was my favorite part do fit checks before leaving Yeah and then this is the rest of the space I have my TV in like dresser here my desk situation here and then my bed and stuff I guess I have tons of storage up here and then here is the bathroom Oh by the way I repainted this whole thing white I don't know if they're going to make whoever moves in turn it back to its original color but I mean here is the bathroom world's tiniest bathroom to be completely honest one person shower I made it work I had something right here for storage I'm sure you can do like shelves here but yeah this is pretty much it Please someone someone take it over Oh yeah I put these little hooks here for you know bags and jackets and stuff and begging please someone take over my studio Like I said I love it We are in the flight path but if I don't know I don't think the sound is that bad considering one of the four walls of this place has windows Everything else is like I don't know how to explain it It's like cement You don't really hear anything Like I said you have this beautiful view of downtown gonna miss it so much I'm moving into a bigger place and not even far from here because I just love the area this much So if you are interested and are looking for a place to stay a studio apartment 1500 Actually I think it's 1495 If you're interested this this is it Please I'm begging Oh here for reference this is the plane not that bad right Anyway someone's gonna come by and come see it Anyway please someone take it so I can get half of my rent back Um but yeah let me know and I can send you the listing
