Here's exactly how much it costs to live in a high rise in downtown San Diego. Here you just have this crazy view of the city when you walk into the unit. And then this is my living room right here. So you got the TV mounted on the wall. Work setup is right there. That's actually one of my favorite parts about this unit specifically. I just have this crazy 57-inch monitor there and then obviously a crazy view to this spin my chair out to and look in the background. I'll show you guys then in a second. Coming here to my bedroom. Why am I showing you guys my bed? Everyone's waiting for this. This is my view. So it's also right in the flight path so you will see planes coming in from this way. And then I get all of Balboa Park and Banker's Hill over there. With parking it's about $4,000 a month.
