i finally found a new home

I'm officially moving out in a few days and I've basically spent every waking hour decluttering and packing up my entire apartment. Over the last month, I've been looking at like a million different options. I really wanted to find something a little more reasonable in price because as you know, my rent right now is outrageous. So I started looking at older buildings and trying to convince myself that I could give up some of the things that I'm used to. And honestly, they weren't bad at all. I just wasn't excited about any of them. I'm really hoping I fall in love with this place when I see it, you guys. Let's go. There were a few that I actually did like, they especially liked the price point, but the living rooms were way too small for my couch. And I don't want to give up that beautiful, comfy couch of mine. It's still about $100 over my budget, but not bad. Let's go to one more apartment showing. And this was the unit I really thought I was going to settle on. It has a lot more character, but it's in a much older building and the walls definitely need to be painted white. And I knew I had to do a lot of DIYs to really make it perfect. But I was willing to make it work. But then I went to another apartment showing the next day. This apartment was beautiful. I tried so hard to humble myself. Apparently I can't. Yes, the apartment hunt ends now. I'm so excited. And yes, I signed for it and got the keys right away. I'm so excited to show you guys my new place. I genuinely think it's so stunning and so perfect. And most importantly, I will be saving money. But I need you to wish me luck because this move is going to be dreadful. I'm just a girl, this sucks lol. No, that's sad to leave lol. My new place.
