To be plainly honest, I don't think that these tech billionaires and company CEOs care whether we as a general public survive. I think that they're actively prepping actually, for the possibility that we all perish. This is based on stuff that I've been reading since 2018. Professor by the name of Douglas Rushkoff. And he claimed he was paid annual salary and flown out to a private resort where he talked fund managers questions about things like quantum computing and cryptocurrency. And where is the best region if the earth falls to a climate collapse? When society collapses, maintain control over your human security? The professor was you should probably start treating your security guards like family now. And they were like, haha ha. They are not the only about society collapsing. Mark Zuckerberg spent over $100 million on a compound in Hawaii that is self-sufficient, has underground subterranean levels. Peter Thiel secretly got New Zealand citizenship in 2011 and bought land for emergency bunkers. Many rich people building bunkers and buying land. New Zealand government change the law around foreigners being homes in New Zealand. All these uber wealthy people were buying up a bunch of land, jacking up the prices and driving locals out. However, since 2025, the New Zealand government has kind of reworked that law. Now, if people invest 5 million New Zealand dollars into the country, they are allowed to buy property. Rich people have gone back to building their bunker compounds in New Zealand. These bunker manufacturers have talked on record about the logistics of shipping bunkers to New Zealand valley tech entrepreneurs. So the tech are a little bit more neurotically survivalist. For example, the head of OpenAI Sam Altman, carries around prep kits that include gas masks. Gold antidote's former Reddit CEO, Yishan Wong, as of the Reddit co-founders, Huffman, both admitted to getting eye surgery so that they on glasses in the case of a societal collapse. One of the biggest stresses in designing all these bunkers, how to survive for these rich guys is how do you maintain control as a rich guy when money means nothing anymore? There are companies this problem. That's building a series of bunkers in a missile silo for millions of dollars each. And the idea, the rich families that buy into these bunkers will be the security system themselves, so they don't have to worry about controlling anybody from outside of the bunker. Of these billionaires are getting second passports. Thiel with New Zealand earlier. They want, want maybe if society and one country collapses, they can escape stable country somewhere else.
