Hi everyone, I'm Josefyn founder of Topazette. We are a local online fashion store and we specialise in creating clothes that fit real body shapes instead of just chasing trends. How and when did you get started on TikTok Shop? We started around I think three years ago. Originally we were actually on other platforms but there is no shopping cart over there. So we could only do try on videos. But with TikTok Shop right, there was a lot of engagement. Yellow basket and people could just cart out what they like. What was one thing that surprised you when you first started livestreaming on TikTok Shop? I was surprised by the number of comments, like there was actually so many people who wanted to share their feedback, interact with us in real time. How do you make styling engaging for your TikTok Shop audience? Sometimes during Chinese New Year, we include props like a very huge microphone. And we also include styling tips. Sometimes we will carry bags, sunglasses to show them how to style and we will pair with different kind of footwear as well. What is one thing you've learned from the summit today? We have to be very consistent. Very consistent in what we do. So initially when I started this TikTok livestream right, we also don't have a lot of viewers. So what I did was to just go LIVE every single day. I just keep doing it. What can fans look forward to in your upcoming campaigns? You can look forward to seeing my face more often on the LIVEs.
