Justice for 18 month old Aizal who was killed and assaulted by a family member in Pakistan 🇵🇰 18 month old Pakistani toddler was raped and killed by somebody that her family trusted in Korangi, Karachi. The baby's name was Aizal and we need to talk about children's safety in Pakistan. According to the father, a teenage relative that would occasionally visit Aizal and bring her out for treats visited their house in August of 2023. And he took Aizal out with her. When Aizal returned home, she was unconscious and her condition was quickly deteriorating. Her family initially just thought that she was ill and tried to take care of her at home, but then they took her to hospital where she later died. Police then arrested the teenager and they conducted a postmortem investigation. On Aizal's dead body, the findings were consistent with sexual assault. And you know what's so disgusting about this is the fact that a lot of Pakistani parents encourage children to go out with relatives or trust relatives and act blind to the fact that these relatives do not have the best interests for their children. And this is the most disgusting and extreme case of it. Aizal was only a baby, she was only 18 months old. She could not speak. She could not tell the adults around her what was happening to her. We don't know what could have happened to her the other times that this teenage relative took her out. It's up to her parents to keep a close eye on their daughter. Everybody failed and that's why she lost her life. And I want to say my heart absolutely goes out to Aizal and her family. This should be a wake-up call to all Pakistani parents that the people that are capable of hurting your child are not just strangers. They can be the very relatives that you're inviting over.
