I have ADHD. Proved my entire life. And today I'm gonna go over some of the things I did in my bedroom that have changed my life for my ADHD. In part one, I went over some things I did in my bedroom. And you guys absolutely loved that video. So I'm gonna make this a series. The first one might seem very simple, but I keep my closet doors completely open and I hang up like 90% of my clothes. If they're in a drawer, I will never use them. I will never see them. I prioritize them. From an outside perspective, this might look kind of cluttered. I use all of the same hangers. So I know if I'm having a hard day, I can't pick an outfit. I'll just pick one of these, grab them, put them on and leave. Over here are all my lounge clothes that are divided into my favorites. So I can just grab them. They're not in a drawer, they're easy access. Try hanging organizers. Shirts, pants, sweatshirts, sweatpants. I actually have two closet, my second closet. My side of the closet. All my favorite clothes that I like to wear are easy going out already. I've worn these multiple times. Pre-plan comfy outfits!! For overwhelmed, stressed. Them. Go. Closet. Different shoes. Categorize your shoes by bins. Boots, shoes, everyday flip-flops, gym shoes, and those are shoes I don't really wear that much. Bookshelf. This is a bookshelf I keep in my room that is completely open again, yet again, it's organized. I spend five minutes every morning just folding the clothes, making sure they're clean. Up here, plan a pair of safety clothes!! Sounds literally into once I get home, when I feel overstimulated. This is my comfy clothes set for the week. Pajamas and the next few days. And these are more of my comfort. These two sections are all for the gym. All my gym tops, all my gym bottoms, my gym pullover. And just stuff. Storage. Laundry. Have 2 laundry hampers. Actually, this bedroom. One. Bathroom. At minutes. Room. Morning. Spend minutes mopping or vacuuming. My get rid of visual clutter!! Always. Also dressers. Helps overwhelmed. Of clock. Nightstand. Five. Just clean every. Ready. Jewelry. Daily. My sunglasses. Favorite. Rings. Organized. To have building. In. Is. Gotta. Keep. Declutter. Declutter. Declutter.
