Before we build your best day, we need to work on building your worst day. If you have ADHD and every single one of your discipline eras lasts for about three days and then you give up, I'm about to change your life in the next seven days by showing you every single day which you need to do to build a system in your life that is actually going to last. I am not about to tell you to wake up at 5 in the morning. I'm also not going to tell you to delete TikTok off your phone. We've got to start building a life for you that requires less motivation to maintain your life. The exact system I have built for you. Day one, so make sure to give me a follow and come back every single day. The way we can build out your whole week and the rest of your life. We are only changing one thing per day. Day one, I want you to get a notebook. You have a bunch that you haven't used, bestie. Go ahead and use them for this challenge. If you're impatient or you are a big picture person, click the link in my bio. I already have the whole system, much larger scale for you to download. This is it, broken down simple into seven days. Day one, you need to sit with yourself and create a minimum. What is the absolute minimum that you need to do to still feel like you took care of yourself that day? I'll give myself an example. Two things I do absolutely every single day is a 15 minute clean of my house. I take three different areas of my house and set a timer for five minutes. Usually it's my bedroom for five minutes, the common space for five minutes, getting ready for the day for five minutes. The other small minimum system I have built is my 10 minute inbox sort. Hate looking at all my emails and responding to myself. I do it every single day for 10 minutes because that's what I have decided is enough. Anything above that, I've done extra. I know that sounds ridiculous. When you have shit to do, everything is important but not everything is urgent. And with ADHD, we've got to start understanding everything does not have to be done in one day. The exact system I have built for you. Taking your meds every day, drinking water. That's your body bare minimum. That's your worst day. You gotta do those things though. Talk about your home. Maybe your bare minimum for your home is the dishes in the sink always have to be done and you need to do a 10 minute reset every day. I work out six times a week for 30 minutes. I only work out for 30 minutes. If I work out for more, that's great. But 30 minutes is 30 minutes. I will drag my ass to the treadmill or that rowing machine and sit there for 30 minutes. Bitch, when it's 30 minutes, I'm already in my car. But discipline gets easier when one bad day doesn't define your whole week because you messed one thing up. You gotta plan for your worst day. Make sure to check out my system and my bio. Give me a follow and I will see you besties here tomorrow on day two to becoming highly disciplined.
