if you’ve been following my journey + want to see what I started with, I put everything in my bio 🤍 ADHD + GLP-1: 3 MONTH UPDATE ✨ Me thinking 3 months wasn’t enough time to see a difference: apparently it was. One of the hardest parts of having an ADHD brain is feeling like if I can’t see a change happening RIGHT NOW, nothing is happening. I kept looking at myself thinking: “is this even working?” Then I compared my camera roll from 3 months ago to now. Oh. I’ve spent years feeling frustrated with my body, PCOS, my weight and how inflamed I felt… so watching the inflammation in my face + body change over the last 3 months genuinely caught me off guard. Sometimes progress feels invisible when you’re looking at yourself every single day. Take the pictures. Give yourself time. Let small changes have a chance to add up before you decide nothing is working. For me, the proof was already sitting in my camera roll. 🥹 ADHD weight loss, ADHD time blindness, PCOS weight loss, PCOS journey, GLP-1 journey, GLP-1 progress, 3 month GLP-1 update, three month GLP-1 results, inflammation journey, realistic weight loss journey, progress photos, body changes, ADHD motivation, consistency #ADHD #PCOS #GLP1Journey #joinamble #ambleprtnr @Join Amble
