Purging or breaking out. Let me help you guys. So many of you guys are confused. Every time you use a new product, you break out. And you ask, am I purging? So do I keep on going? Or is this a breakout? Do I stop using? It's a very complicated question. Because you imagine, you thought it was purging, so you keep on using it, but it was a breakout. That means you have to take another month, two, half a year to redo your skin. Or it was purging, but you thought it was a breakout. Using that product, you stop using that product, and you're not gonna see the effect. Let me tell you exactly how to know whether you're purging or breaking out. Number one, ingredients. One, if you're not using ingredients like retinoids, AHA, BHA that helps with cell turnover, okay? If you're not using any of those, there's no way you are purging. You're breaking out. Number two, location. Purging usually happens, reoccurs on the same spot and reoccurs on the same spot and over and over again. If you're seeing signs of purging, random all over face, that's a breakout. It's not a purge. Number three, timeline. Purging should go away to around four to six weeks of using the product. If you have been using it for four to six weeks and it's still breaking purging, it's not purging, simply breakout. Now, now that you know whether you're purging or breaking out, let me tell you what to do if that's happening to you. Number one, if you are purging at the moment, do not stop or quit the product. Try slowly add it back in. Lower the dosage. If you're using it five times a week, let's make it three times a week. You get the idea, right? Use less of it, but not quitting. And of course, not add in an extra actives, whatever you want to do. Do not add anything. Now, for people who are breaking out. Nope. Yep, cut it off. Cut it off for a few weeks. However, if you don't know what is breaking you out, you have to take one at a time. You're serums, multiple skincare, you know, multiple skincare, and you don't know which one is breaking you out. Take out the toner first. And if you're still breaking out at the toner, then take the serum out. You're breaking out. Serum in. You get the idea, right? Don't quit every same skincare at the same time. You're gonna know what is breaking you out. And then when you do find the one that's breaking you out, you study it. And of course, most importantly, for breakouts, sometimes it might not be the skincare itself. Breakouts on your hairline, shampoo, treatments, you're using, chin, neck, hormones, pills, and if it's just one side of your cheeks, pillowcases or whatever you're touching on your cheeks. Lastly, most important tip, every something happens, record it. I know that you don't look at your face at the moment, but take a picture. Sometimes don't even know if whether if it's getting better or worse. It's gradually getting worse, we might not notice. Always leave a picture. Hope this really helps. Love you. Bye.
